What’s your advice on Tumblr content for aspiring journalists? I will graduate college in May, and I’m already on the job search. How do you decide what to keep and delete on Tumblr?

Ideally you wouldn’t have published anything you needed to delete later in the first place. Not a lot dies on the Web.
You might take a look at Tumblrs by working journalists and see what kind of content they have posted to get an idea of what might be OK.
